I am HAPPY today. In a REALLY REALLY good mood and it is totally unwarranted but I feel good. Days like this are great.

But I didn't have to go to my appointment. Not really a good thing because I am hardly the epitome of mental health, but it's not necessarily a bad thing, either because I am teh laaaaazy.
